Last week we discussed the Hawkins Map of Consciousness and the different frequency levels of different emotions. All of the more negative traits such as fear, shame, guilt, and, the lowest of the low, apathy fall below , while the more positive traits, reason, acceptance, willingness, are above and the more spiritual values, love, joy peace, are above Several spiritual teachers such as Abraham tell us that the fastest way to raise your vibration is through gratitude, and so I wondered where that would fall on the scale since it gratitude is not listed on Hawkins original list.

We may be missing loved ones surrounding us in our homes, our dinner table may have a reduced bounty of delicious foods and our thoughts may gravitate toward the losses we have endured this year instead of the blessings. But, this is a season of gratitude and we more than ever need to focus on our blessings as life seems to devolve into sterile bubbles of separateness. Our natural inclination as humans is to connect with each other. We bond through touch, eye contact, our smiles and interactions. As we continue the need to separate and keep our distance from each other, we can join together through our heart space with gratitude. The practice of gratitude can keep us connected, in union, happy and healthy. Gratitude can be thought of as the quality of being thankful.

I did it for the year of , and I had felt such an appreciation for the process; that in I not only continued the process myself finding even more awesomeness then the previous year, but I also created Awesome Jars for some friends and all of my clients.
